Nokia – Discovery Zone

When people think about buying a new handset, they often hit the internet first in search for peer-to-peer reviews. Given this digital evolution in purchase behavior, Nokia wanted to offer its (potential) customers a platform where they could interact with the latest Nokia handsets within their digital habitat.

Therefore we launched Discovery Zone, a website and Facebook tab which offers people the opportunity to get an in-depth look in the different handsets of Nokia via peer reviews.

Not only can you find out more about your favorite handset, read the many reviews, place comments or ask a question, you can also apply to become a tester yourself.

After filling a detailed form, Nokia matches your data with the functionalities of the current new handset. If there’s a match, you’re selected as a tester. And the best part of it: if you submit your personal review of the device, you get to keep the phone!

On the Facebook tab we also offer non-testers to place their review of their own Nokia handset.

The platform is really successful and well-known among Nokia users. The ultimate proof that relevance and an open form of communication truly serves value to  (potential) costumers.
